Anastasia is our dynamic office manager, bringing years of experience as a treatment coordinator in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. With her vibrant personality and beaming smile, she’s always ready to help families navigate their dental insurance benefits and coordinate appointments.
Anastasia has a passion for pop culture and anime, adding a fun and creative flair to her role. She oversees our team with care and efficiency, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both our patients and their parents. She is also the office DJ, so please feel free to make playlist suggestions!
Mary Joe
Mary Joe brings a wealth of experience to our team, with many years as a treatment coordinator, manager, and regional manager in the dental field. Also having experience in insurance and billing, feel free to ask her any dental insurance questions. If she doesn’t know the answer, she’ll love to find out for you.
Mary Joe is married and lives in Thomaston with her two young daughters. Having grown up in Brazil, she is fluent in Portuguese and brings a unique perspective to her role. Her experience and dedication make her a valuable asset to our practice and a great resource for our patients and their families.
Hannah
With five years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Hannah is passionate about helping families feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their child’s dental journey. She enjoys building strong relationships with patients and parents and strives to make every visit a positive experience.
Outside of being a Treatment Coordinator, Hannah is also the office artist—any creative or artistic touches you see around the office are most likely her work. In her free time, she is a special effects makeup artist who works at local haunted attractions and provides makeup for events and short films. Her creativity, attention to detail, and love for art shine through both in and out of the office.
Kimberly
Kimberly is a dedicated and experienced dental assistant with a passion for helping children feel comfortable and confident during their visits. She is a proud mom to two wonderful boys and lives in Newington. When she’s not working, Kimberly can be found cheering on her older son at hockey games, scouting out the newest local bakeries, or indulging in her love for holiday movies. Her warm, caring nature makes her a favorite with both patients and their families.
Having previously worked in adult dentistry and periodontics, Kimberly feels that she’s now found her “home” working with children at Pediatric Dental Center of Avon!
Susan
Susan has been a trusted dental assistant with Pediatric Dental Center of Avon since 2011, building lasting relationships with many of our patients and their families. With a background working in the school system, she has a remarkable ability to connect with young patients, helping them feel comfortable and at ease during their visits.
Susan is a proud mother to an adult daughter and lives in Colebrook with her husband. Susan’s nurturing personality and extensive experience make her an integral part of our team, ensuring every patient feels cared for and comfortable.

Veronica is our energetic and fun-loving orthodontic assistant. She and Dr. Ali are a dynamic duo, having worked together for years. Originally from Venezuela, Veronica brings a unique and worldly perspective to the team. Her lively personality and sense of humor make her a favorite among our young patients, who always look forward to their orthodontic visits.
